One of the ways the Essential Oils Desk Reference, 4th Edition helps you determine which of the Young Living products is right for you is the Body Systems Chart.
The Body Systems Chart is a 10-page chart, listing each Young Living product. Each product is coded for the type of product it is (essential oil single/dietary supplement/bath & shower/etc.), with bullets identifying which of the products are associated with each of 12 body systems.
While certainly not a replacement for the Personal Usage Reference or individual product listings, such as the single oil listings, the Body Systems Chart in the Essential Oils Desk Reference, 4th Edition provides you with an at-a-glance guide to choosing products that might be of the most benefit to problems associated with the specific body system.
How to use the Body Systems Chart
Say, for example, you're having problems with constipation and bloating. You would still do well to check out the Personal Usage Reference and individual product listings; but for a quick guide to the products you might want to look at more fully, you could check out the Body Systems Chart under Digestive/Elimination. Just follow down the chart to see the different products that might help you.
Of course, there's no way that you'd need every product listed, but it's a good place to start your investigation. And the chart format allows you to see at-a-glance the other benefits of each of the products that would help with constipation and bloating.
